The Aluminum Foil Heat-seal Bag is a high-performance barrier packaging pouch engineered for electronics components, moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs), and precision industrial parts that require simultaneous ESD shielding and hermetic moisture protection. Built on a 3-layer PET/AL/PE laminate, the continuous 7–12 micron solid aluminum foil core forms a true Faraday cage — reducing a 1,000V external ESD pulse to less than 20V at the component — while delivering near-zero moisture vapor transmission for long-term storage integrity. The heat-seal closure, fused at 130–160°C using a standard impulse sealer, creates an airtight, tamper-evident bond compliant with JEDEC J-STD-033 moisture barrier bag (MBB) requirements. Manufactured at our Suzhou facility and supplied to electronics manufacturers and distributors across Southeast Asia.

What is the difference between this bag and an aluminum-plated (metallized) bag?
This bag uses a continuous solid aluminum foil layer (7–12 microns) that delivers near-zero moisture and oxygen transmission and full Faraday cage ESD shielding. Aluminum-plated (metallized) bags have a far thinner vacuum-deposited aluminum coating (0.01–0.05 microns) — suitable for general moisture and light protection, but not ESD shielding or JEDEC MBB compliance. Is this bag JEDEC J-STD-033 compliant?
Yes. When heat-sealed with silica gel desiccant, the bag maintains internal humidity below 10% RH — meeting moisture barrier bag (MBB) requirements for MSL 2 and above component storage and international shipment.
What heat sealer equipment is needed?
A standard impulse heat sealer set to 130–160°C is sufficient for a hermetic closure. For vacuum-sealed packaging, use a vacuum sealer with integrated heat-seal function. Once sealed, the closure cannot be reopened without cutting the bag, providing tamper evidence.
Can I order custom sizes and printed bags?
