Our green high temp tape is a silicone adhesive polyester tape engineered for high-temperature masking, insulation, and protection applications in electronics manufacturing and industrial finishing. Combining a green PET film base with a high-performance silicone adhesive system, this tape maintains its masking integrity and releases cleanly across a wide temperature range — making it reliable for reflow soldering, powder coating, anodizing, and other elevated-temperature industrial processes.

Extended High-temperature Performance Formulated for sustained exposure to elevated temperatures, maintaining adhesive bond strength and dimensional stability throughout standard electronics manufacturing thermal profiles including lead-free reflow soldering (peak 260°C short-term) and powder coating cure cycles.
Enhanced Silicone Adhesive System The upgraded silicone adhesive provides secure bonding that increases in strength during heat exposure — ensuring the tape does not lift, slide, or allow solder or coating penetration under the tape edge. After cooling, the adhesive releases cleanly without residue.
Dimensionally Stable PET Film The green PET film base does not shrink, elongate, or wrinkle under heat — maintaining precise masking coverage throughout the process cycle.
Good Chemical Resistance Resistant to flux residues, cleaning solvents, and coating chemicals commonly encountered in electronics manufacturing and industrial finishing environments.
