PTFE Electrical Insulation Tape
PTFE薄膜+硅胶背胶，介电强度≥5KV、耐温260°C。专为电机绕组、变压器线圈、电缆接头绝缘设计，阻燃自熄。
PTFE电气绝缘胶带以高纯度聚四氟乙烯薄膜为基材，复合高介电强度硅胶压敏胶，专为高温、高压、强腐蚀环境下的电气绝缘场景设计。在H级（180°C）绝缘等级体系中表现卓越，长期使用温度可达260°C。
PTFE基材的体积电阻率高达 10¹⁸ Ω·cm，介电常数稳定（2.1），介质损耗极低，是制造高频变压器、高压电机的理想绝缘材料。配合UL认证级硅胶背胶，可在长期热循环下保持粘性不脱落、不流胶。
典型应用
高压电机绕组层间绝缘；变压器线圈端部绝缘；电缆接头与中间接续；高温环境下的母线/汇流排绝缘；新能源汽车电驱系统线束绝缘。
