Skived PTFE Film Adhesive Tape
100%纯PTFE车削薄膜+硅胶背胶，无玻纤添加。低摩擦系数0.04、化学惰性、耐温260°C，复合材料脱模与滚筒包覆专用。
纯PTFE薄膜胶带采用整块聚四氟乙烯坯料经精密车削工艺制成连续薄膜，再涂覆耐高温硅胶压敏胶。区别于玻纤布基铁氟龙胶带，本产品为100%纯PTFE基材，无任何编织布或填充料，整体厚度更薄、表面更光滑、纯度更高。
PTFE的摩擦系数仅为0.04（已知固体材料中最低值之一），加上其优异的化学惰性，使本产品在复合材料脱模、化工管道防腐衬里、滚筒导向件包覆等高要求场景中无可替代。
典型应用
风电叶片/碳纤维复合材料模具脱模；橡胶/塑料挤出滚筒包覆；化工设备表面防腐；导轨与滑动部件减摩；3D打印机热床贴面。
