Harness Tape
Our wiring harness tape is a professional-grade woven cloth adhesive tape engineered for the bundling, protection, and routing of automotive and industrial wiring harnesses. Built on an abrasion-resistant fabric backing, it delivers the wear resistance, flexibility, noise dampening, and temperature stability that complex wire bundles need across the full service life of a vehicle or piece of equipment. Manufactured at our Suzhou facility and supplied to harness assemblers and distributors across Southeast Asia.

Key Features
Formulated specifically for automotive wiring harness applications, meeting the bundling, protection, and NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) requirements of vehicle electrical systems.
The woven cloth construction withstands rubbing against metal brackets, grommets, and adjacent cables throughout the vehicle’s service life, protecting conductors from chafe-through.
The fabric backing absorbs vibration energy and prevents rattle and contact noise between bundled cables and metal body components — a key NVH function in modern vehicles.
Cloth tape conforms easily to multi-direction bends, branch points, and irregular routing paths, wrapping tightly around T-junctions and tight-radius turns without lifting.
Tears cleanly and straight by hand in both length and width directions, enabling fast application on harness assembly lines without scissors or knives.
Rated from −40°C to 105°C and resistant to automotive fluids including oils, fuels, and cleaning solvents, holding bundles secure in under-hood and chassis environments.
