Lithium Battery Polyimide Insulation Tape
电池级聚酰亚胺基材+耐电解液背胶，超薄0.025mm，耐温260°C。锂电池电芯极耳绝缘、模组PACK绝缘专用，介电强度≥7KV。
锂电池PI绝缘胶带是为新能源动力/储能电池场景定制的专用绝缘耗材。基材采用电池级高纯度聚酰亚胺薄膜，背胶选用耐电解液腐蚀的特种压敏胶，可长期接触锂电池电解液（LiPF6、碳酸酯类溶剂）而不溶胀、不脱粘。
超薄设计（最薄0.025mm）在保证介电强度的同时尽量减少占用电芯/模组内部空间，提升能量密度。耐温260°C，可承受电芯化成、激光焊接、模组PACK等工艺中的瞬间高温。
典型应用
方形/圆柱/软包电池极耳绝缘；电芯外壳与模组结构件之间绝缘；BMS板与高压母排隔离；电池包内部线束高压绝缘；储能PACK内部电气间隙绝缘。
