Black Polyimide Light-Blocking Tape
PI聚酰亚胺薄膜+黑色哑光涂层+硅胶背胶。100%遮光率，耐温260°C，LCD/OLED屏幕组装、摄像头模组遮光首选。
黑色金手指胶带以聚酰亚胺薄膜为基材，表面经哑光黑色涂层处理，背面复合硅胶压敏胶。在保留PI基材耐温260°C、电气绝缘、撕除无残胶等核心特性的同时，新增 100%遮光、抑制反光 两项功能，专为光学敏感场景设计。
哑光黑表面避免在显示屏组装过程中产生杂散反光干扰光学测试，遮光率 100% 可有效隔绝背光串扰。在锂电池模组PACK中也用于电芯之间的绝缘+遮光双重防护。
典型应用
LCD/OLED 显示屏幕模组遮光；手机/相机摄像头模组组装；激光器/光学仪器内部杂光抑制；锂电池电芯间绝缘遮光；黑色外观要求的电子产品内部固定。
